After his graduation from a leading French Engineering School in 1994, Frédéric began his career as Payload manager for a Chinese telecommunication satellite for Aerospatiale in Cannes. He then joined Thomson-CSF Group for military avionics at Bordeaux, then the A380 initiative in Toulouse as Deputy Program Director until its first flight in 2005. Expatriated in Moscow, he created the local subsidiary for the SSJ100 program, in particular the technology transfer to Sukhoï teams on the modular avionics suite and its pioneering triple certification (RU, FR and US). Back in France, he conducted several complex international programs in Air Traffic Management and Air Defense sectors. He currently holds the position of Director, Technology Intelligence, Assessment & Insertion for Thales Group. In parallel, he gives lectures in Project Management for leading French universities and acts as Deputy Managing Director in a promising start-up.
